Lets talk about vision.  On your mark…..   Get set……  Go….  You are in a circumstance that you are very happy to be involved with and you are being a brilliant manager with your energy.  However, you have no idea what you are doing and you are very fearful about all types of possible outcomes.  Do not worry about things.  Do your part, accept your limits, hand off the baton to your teammate and allow your collective efforts to be the concerted effort to that wins.  Michael Jordon said, “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.”
